Associate

  • Securities and financial research, applying results of such research into models and data sets for investment and restructuring engagements, supporting development of institutional client engagements.

  • BA in business or a quantitative field, or 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Senior Associate

  • Securities and financial research, developing and modifying models, leading the application of team’s research into models and data sets for investment and restructuring engagements, supporting development of institutional client engagement proposals.

  • MBA or 3-5 years of relevant experience, or 2 years at Associate

MBA Summer Associate

  • Introduction to breadth of Dundon Advisers’ client work with consideration for permanent hire effective upon graduation.

  • Enrolled in full-time MBA program with expected graduation before July 1, 2024.

Director

  • Alternates between senior individual contributor and junior leader (depending upon scale of engagement) in restructuring engagements and asset management line-items, leads business proposal research and development.

  • 5-10+ years of relevant experience, or 2 years at Associate Director

Managing Director

  • Overall leadership of middle market engagements and team / project leader of large cap engagements, and client proposals which might result in such engagements.

  • 15+ years of progressively responsible investment and/or restructuring experience, or 2+ years at Senior Director, plus strong relevant professional network and industry standing.
