Dundon regularly raises funds for corporate borrowers from nonbank lenders and advises lenders and other interested parties on such transactions as well. While much of this practice arises from restructuring engagements, the firm pursues corporate credit transactions on an outright basis when we perceive opportunities to create a superior 360 product: capital formation for borrowers, and attractive risk-return for lenders.
